**采用谷歌插件,亲测可用
pom依赖如下:

    <dependency>
        <groupId>net.coobird</groupId>
        <artifactId>thumbnailator</artifactId>
        <version>0.4.8</version>
    </dependency>

只上干货:拿去即可用! 把图片转成输入流对流进行压缩
(七八兆以十几兆的图片大小按照比例进行压缩,压缩后大小在100k~200k左右,并且图片无损)
