闪回执行步骤：

1.查询在某一特定时间点时的数据（不是每个时间点都能查到，可能会报ORA-08180: 未找到基于指定时间的快照，

最好是查询最近时间点的数据，太过遥远的数据是没有的，一般在7天之内）

select * from account as of timestamp to_timestamp('2017-09-30 08:00:00', 'yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss');
 
 

2.闪回操作前启用行移动功能（不启用不可以闪回）
alter table account enable row movement;

3.执行闪回语句：
flashback table account to timestamp TO_TIMESTAMP('20170930 08:00:00','YYYYMMDD HH24:MI:SS');

这样数据就回退到你所要的时间点了。
