① 解压到需要安装的目录，然后新建一个my.ini(位于解压目录下，与bin目录在同一个目录下)

② 执行命令生成data文件和密码

mysqld --defaults-file=D:\hzhh123\mysql8.0\my.ini --initialize --console

③ 安装服务

mysqld install mysql8 --defaults-file="D:\hzhh123\mysql8.0\my.ini

mysql8是服务名

④登录，修改密码

mysql -uroot -p -P3308

然后输入密码，最后修改密码

ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY '新密码';
