8口交换机方案-RTL8309N(含原理图和PCB)

本文分享一下8口交换机的芯片方案-RTL8309N,纯硬件,无需EEPROM及单片机配置,这个方案是经过打板验证过的。

先前分享了一下16口的交换机方案RTL8316E(收录在本公众号”硬件工程师炼成之路”的“常用电路”里面,有需要请自提),如今为了降成本,降空间,又寻了一款8口的交换机方案RTL8309N,现分享出来。

RTL8309N是一款8端口快速以太网交换机控制器,可将8个MAC和8个物理层收发器集成到一个芯片中,用于10Base-T和100Base-TX操作。

原理图如下:

设计说明:

  1. 芯片外部电源只使用3.3V电源即可,自带LDO
  2. 复位使用10K,10UF的RC复位电路
  3. 晶体使用25Mhz无源晶体
  4. 芯片的相关模式配置,根据规格书,用默认的即可,芯片内部有默认上下拉,原理图上面只做了预留,相应电阻并未贴。

需要注意的是:每个网口的指示灯是单个的(常规的网络是有有两个的:连接灯,状态灯),图中是将两个灯接到了一起,同时亮同时灭,非常规。
