一、jar的下载
Spring的各版本jar包下载地址

找到framework下载
common-logging.jar包下载地址及步骤
http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-loggin/download_logging.cgi

新建一个java项目
导入相应的jar包
在HelloWord.java中编写

	private String message;
	   public void setMessage(String message){
	      this.message  = message;
	   }
	   public void getMessage(){
	      System.out.println("Your Message : " + message);
	   }
}

MainApp.java中的代码：
