一、Tables and Figures

1. Tips on Tables and Figures

1) Use the fewest figures and tables needed to tell the story.

2) Do not present the same data in both a figure and table

2.Not to do（Tables）:

1）表格中除了三条线以外，其他的线条要删去，表格制作要体现专业性

2）数据使用时注意使用合理的位数表达

3）表格要给出指标单位

4）去除不必要信息的列

3.   Tips for Graphs

1) Tell a quick visual story

2) Keep it simple!

3) Make it easy to distinguish groups (e.g., triangles vs. circles vs. squares is not easy!)

4) If it is too complex, maybe it belongs in a table
