How to edit the company name in OTRS customer portal

Here are the few steps by which we can change the company name in OTRS customer portal.
- Log in as admin user.
- Go to Admin tab, click on SysConfig
- Once you selects ‘Framework from the SysConfig drop list, click on ‘Frontend::Customer’ in the item list on the screen like below
- Now, search for ‘CustomerHeadline’ and put your company name and update the form.
- Once you update the form, go to the customer portal and you will find the updated name on the top left of the page as shown below.
