From the thermal engine configuration, level3 action on PA cooling device will be taken if nsp/camera/video sensor temperatures are high and at 100C.
There were other rules from modem side but from the logs, modem temperatures are not high. So we suspect temperature of other components are high.
TO get more clues on this, please help to get tsens log with attached ctlogger tool.
