Restart switch and enter Romon mode with "break"

Reconfig register value: 0x2142

follow switch tips to clear running-config  

Something defference with C45/65-E, since two processors in it. When cut in break mode, need check which processor is running.

After router processor takes over the ownership,  it's time to break.
