本文围绕项目管理展开,提到项目有六个阶段,产品和软件开发都面临如何让流程符合预期的问题。强调沟通的重要性,如RD、QA、PM及RD领导与成员间都需沟通,让相关人员了解工作内容。还提及项目收尾管理。
    Project Management is a challenge to every project leader of manager,Today,I read a PPT about PM from Web,Now I give some tips I think can be considered:
    1.In one slide of the PPT,It throws 6 phases in a project:
     热情-》理想破灭-》惊慌-》寻找该负责的人-》大量的责备-》给个人表扬及荣誉
    Just at the same time,I see the same theme in the MIT's OCW:An introduction to Marketing,In that courseware such ideas are supported:
     Exultation->Disenchantment->Confusion->Search for the guilty->Pubishment of the innocent->Distinction for the uninvolved
    So we can see both the common product development process and the software development are in the face of   the same big problem:How to make our process like the one we say we should do it;

    2.Communicate Communicate and Communicate 
    Just before I write this blog,We have just finish a product,The communication between RD QA and PM is appreciated,But the leader's work items are not involved in the Project Gantt Diagram,Because of that,our RD member not know what he is doing?Now I get the answer from the slide,which emphasize the communication not just between RD,PM,QA,but also the RD leader and RD members.so :
    
     假如他们不理解你在做什么,他们会认为你什么也没有做!

    So we should make the ones associated with the project know what i am doing,This is very important! 

   3.Project Close Out Management
