LayoutParams are used by views to tell their parents how they want to be laid out. See  ViewGroup Layout Attributes for a list of all child view attributes that this class supports. 

The base LayoutParams class just describes how big the view wants to be for both width and height. For each dimension, it can specify one of: 

• FILL_PARENT (renamed MATCH_PARENT in API Level 8 and higher), which means that the view wants to be as big as its parent (minus padding) 
• WRAP_CONTENT, which means that the view wants to be just big enough to enclose its content (plus padding) 
• an exact number 

There are subclasses of LayoutParams for different subclasses of ViewGroup. For example, AbsoluteLayout has its own subclass

这个基类LayoutParams仅仅描述了一个view想要多大，就宽和高两方面来说。对于每个大小（宽和高），它可以指定为下述中的一个：

1.FILL_PARENT (在API 8 或者更高的版本中，被重命名为 MATCH_PARENT)，它意味着这个view想要和它的父view group（除去内边距）一样大

2.WRAP_CONTENT ，它意味着这个view想要仅仅大到能够包含它的内容（包括内边距）就行
