本文介绍了解决Oracle客户端连接问题的方法，通过设置环境变量TNS_ADMIN并指定tnsnames.ora文件的具体路径来实现。此操作对于确保应用程序能够正确连接到Oracle数据库至关重要。

添加环境变量解决:

变量名：TNS_ADMIN

变量值：D:\Ocl\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN

              tnsnames.ora所在的路径
