SCM-Manager版本1.18改进及库更新
SCM-Manager版本1.18进行了一系列改进，包括使用本地存储优化用户界面状态，增强插件安装日志，自动发现并绑定扩展点，新增浏览命令选项以禁用最后提交、支持递归浏览和子仓库检测，修复了多个bug，以及更新jersey到1.17版本。同时，要求Mercurial版本1.9及以上。
SCM-Manager做了一下改进：
improvements
- use localStorage to store state of the user interface
- improve logging of plugin installer
- find and bind extension points automatically
- added option to disable the last commit for browse command
- added recursive option to browse command
- added option to disable sub repository detection of browse command
fixed bugs
- normalize urls for BaseUrlFilter to prevent redirect loops, see #311
- fix privileged action is not executed, if the user is already an admin
- added missing id for security navigation section
- synchronize getChangeset method of hook events and call registered pre processors before the changesets are returned to hook
library updates
- update jersey to version 1.17
注意，SCM-Manager 1.18之后的版本，需要Mercurial 1.9及以上的版本
