摘要地铁站台屏蔽门是一项集多种学科于~体的高科技产品,其中计算机控制技术在整个屏蔽门系统中处于核心地位。只有明确控制系统所要完成的任务及目标,对系统控制部件的功能进行深入地分析,才能研发出与国外产品性能相当的控制单元, 为屏蔽门系统的全面国产化奠定基础。对地铁站台屏蔽门系统中的计算机控制技术进行了全面地总结,建立了一套完整的技术方案。采用工业控制计算机作为主控机,硬线组成控制命令体系,现场总线组建网络监视系统的方案,把挂接在总线上作为总线节点的各关键控制单元,连为网络集成式的全分布控制系统,以实现对屏蔽门的监控、参数修改、报警等综合自动化功能,采用此方案同时也保证了系统的高可靠性、高可用性和高可扩展性。地铁站台屏蔽门是最新用于地铁工程的设备,其结合地铁的运营要求应明确与完善计算机技术控制下的运行模式。探讨了计算机技术控制下,应用于实际工程中的屏蔽门系统的三级运行模式:正常运行模式(系统级控制)、非正常运行模式(站台级控制)和紧急运行模式(手动操作控制)。参考实际相关工程的经验,确定了屏蔽门系统样机的组成,规定了相关测试项目及参数指标,以改进计算机控制技术的方案。地铁站台屏蔽门已在深圳地铁一期工程中得到了应用,其计算机控制系统运行稳定、可靠,取得了较大的经济效益和良好的社会效应。关键词:屏蔽门,全分布式计算机控制, 运行模式, 样机测试华中科技大学硕士学位论又 Abstract Metroplatform screen door(PSDl is ahigh—techproduct,And puter control technology isthe core of the PSD system.Only wim all indepth analysis forthe functionality ofthesystem ponents,and clearly identify themission ofthe controlsystem couldthe control unitthathasequivalem performance offoreignproduct bedeveloped.This establishes thefoundation forwhole localizationofPSD system. puter control technology adopts industrialPC as rol machine. mand system formed by hard·work monitoring system formed by fieldbus.Connects each vital control unit,which connected on thefieldbus asthenode,as work integrated full—distributedcontrolsystem toachieve theintegrative automatic function ofPSD such asmonitoring,parameter amendment and alarm.This also ensures thchighreliability、highavailahility andhighexpansibility ofthe system.
