从属连接词：用于引导从句，这里还要注意英语句子的结构：主谓完整才叫句子，从句从属于一个长句，作为长句（也叫主句）的一个句子成分，常见的从属连接词有：
when(当…时候)，引导时间状语，表明动作发生的时间。
When he arrived, he thought something was different.
while(正当…时候)，也是引导时间状语，后面常用延续性的动词。
While I was waiting, a ship entered the harbour.
after(在…之后)，引导时间状语，注意从句和主句的动作先后。
After he had had lunch, he went to the train station.
before(在…之前)，引导时间状语，从句中的动词发生在主句之后。
He gave me a call before he arrived.
since(自从)，现在完成时的时间状语标志词。
I have lived here since 1998.
until(直到)，引导时间状语，主句常常用not，表示知道什么时候才......
He didn't wake up until I knocked at the door.
although/though(虽然)，引导让步状语从句，就是退一步说的意思。
She didn't receive the gift though she like it a lot.
if(假如)，引导条件状语，有时候需要虚拟。
If I could fly, I would go to the moon.
as(如…一样；由于)，引导比较状语从句、原因状语。
He did as he was told.
I didn't tell him the truth as it could hurt him.
as …as…(和…一样)，引导比较状语从句。
The son is now as tall as his dad is.
as far as(就…而言)，引导方式状语从句。
The road streches as far as i can see.
as long as(只要)，引导条件状语从句。
You are sure to win as long as you work hard.
as soon as(一…就…)，引导时间状语从句。
He rang me up as soon as he arrived there.
even if(即使)，引导让步状语从句。
They will not buy it even it is very cheep.
because(因为)，引导原因状语从句。
He missed the train because he got up late.
unless (除非)，引导条件状语从句。
The baby never cries unless she is hungry.
that 引导宾语从句。
I said that I could give a hand.
than(比…)，引导比较状语从句，也可以说是一种方式状语从句。
The bus took me farther than I excepted.
whether (是否…)，引导宾语从句，可以换 if。
I don't know whether he will come or not.
in order that…(为了)，表目的，引导目的状语从句。
He threw out two heavy food bags in order that the plane could fly over the mountain.
so…that…(如此…以致)，表示结果，引导结果状语从句。
He worked so hard that he passed the exam.他学习很用功，最后通过了考试。
so that…(以便)，表示目的，引导目的壮语从句。
He worked hard so that he could pass the exam.他很用功的学习为了通过考试。
now that…(现在既然)，表示原因的状语从句。
Now that you have missed the bus, you will have to wait for another.
by the time…(到…时候)，引导时间状语从句。
By the time they left, we had been talked about it for 30 minutes.
every time…(每当)，引导时间状语从句。
He will bark every time he enters the garden.
as if…(仿佛)，引导的方式状语从句或者表语从句。
He looked at me as if he has never been my friend.
no matter when(或whenever)(无论何时)，引导时间状语从句。
No matter when you need help, ring me straightly.
no matter where(或wherever)(无论在哪里)，引导地点状语从句。
No matter wherever you go, I will miss you for ever.
