本文介绍如何使用Node.js创建一个简单的Web服务器，并展示了一个具体的示例代码，包括设置UTF-8编码来支持中文显示。

须要说明两点：

1 程序文件hello.js需用记事本另存为utf-8格式的hello.js

2 输出网页里也要支持中文编码

如今用node.js创建一个小型的wwwserver。

測试：在浏览器里键入 http://127.0.0.1:3128 , 能够看到浏览器里有内容了。
