bug描述：

VS不同版本、VC to VS中遇到的如此报错：

#error : This file requires _WIN32_WINNT to be #defined at least to 0x0403. Value 0x0501 or higher is recommended

解决办法：

在stafx.h中添加以下代码（若有类似代码，删除）：
