1.将下载好的NDK、ffmpeg解压,待用;
2.在ffmepg目录下,编辑configure文件,将
SLIBNAME_WITH_MAJOR='$(SLIBNAME).$(LIBMAJOR)'

修改为
SLIBNAME_WITH_MAJOR='$(SLIBPREF)$(FULLNAME)-$(LIBMAJOR)$(SLIBSUF)'
LIB_INSTALL_EXTRA_CMD='$$(RANLIB)"$(LIBDIR)/$(LIBNAME)"'

3.在ffmpeg源码目录下,编辑build.sh文件

4.编译
make
make install
make install之后,将在ffmpeg源码目录的上级目录,生成库一个outbin的目录,里面包含了头文件include目录,动态库lib目录
输出下载:android ffmepg3.3.4软解动态库和硬解动态库
