Let eCTDXPress work successfully

When testing eCTDXPress, we can not open the software normal? What is the problem? How can we resolve it?

It is the Site Confidence problem. As we know, eCTDXPrss is open through IE program. You can click the button to enter the software. The HTTP path just likes a web site. If you open the web site first time, you should add the site to confidence area. Open the IE program, click on Tools menu and Internet Option. Then the Internet Option dialog will pop up. You should choose the security option card. Click on Trusted Site in the list and Site button; Input the web site in the text box and click on Add button to increase the trusted site. Finally, Close the popping windows and finish the steps. The web site is the trusted site. Refresh the web site, click on the eCTDXPress button.

May be you can go into the software. May be the software is stopped in loading interface. What’s the problem now? Don’t worry, it is code confidence too.

Follow the next steps and you can enter the software successfully. Open the Control Panel, click on Management Tools, and use left-hander on Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Configuration. The Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Configuration dialog pops up. Find the Runtime Library Security Policy, click on computer, code group, all codes in correct order. Add new code policy using right-hander. Write down a new code name, select URL drop down list after clicking on next step, add the web site as the url and finish the wizard. Refresh the web site, click on the eCTDXPress button. What happened now? Congratulations, you can use the software free.
