grant all privileges on test.* to test@’%’;

create table:

name VARCHAR(30) NOT NULL COMMENT ‘名称’,
time TIMESTAMPE NULL COMMENT ‘时间’
) ENGINE=InnoDB COMMENT=’测试表’
DEFAULT CHARSET＝utf8；

20180912：
使用mysql5.5.6的zip包安装数据库，建用户时：
create user test@’%’ identified by ‘test’;
然后赋权限：
grant all privileges on test.* to test@’%’;
之后连接数据库：mysql -u test -p
输入密码后出现无法登录失败，几经周折后，重新建用户：
create user test@’localhost’ identified by ‘test’;
这时可以连接。
