hosts 文件 是 windows 的 配置 文件 ，破解 flashbuilder4 在 这个 配置 文件 中 进行 欺骗 限制

这样 当 eclipse 启动 要  加载   flashBuilder4 plugin 插件的 时候 ，flashbuilder 就会 自动 的 访问  activate.adobe.com 这个url 去服务器 上 进行 验证 ，因为 这里 做了  限制 成  127.0.0.1 本地 ip 

这样 就不会 在 做 验证 了
