问题描述：
IIS7.5，ASP程序调试时出现报错：“An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the Administrator”

解决方法
此报错无法看出是程序哪里有问题，故而采用以下方法将故障问题暴露：

在IIS -> ASP 模块，设置：
编译 -> 调试属性 -> 将错误发送到浏览器 -> true
行为 -> 启用父路径 -> true
