安装pip

进入Python安装目录下的Scripts路径，执行 pip install wheel

安装numpy

进入Python安装目录下的Scripts路径，执行 pip install numpy

安装opencv

进入Python安装目录下的Scripts路径，执行 pip install opencv-python
