DeCAF: A Deep Convolutional Activation Feature for Generic Visual Recognition。

  • Train from scratch
  • Fine-tune a model
  • Retrain a model

    • Fine-tune

Training on Flowers

cd ~
curl -O http://download.tensorflow.org/example_images/flower_photos.tgz
tar xzf flower_photos.tgz

Bottlenecks (Layers)

'Bottleneck' is an informal term we often use for the layer just before the final output layer that actually does the classification. This penultimate layer has been trained to output a set of values that's good enough for the classifier to use to distinguish between all the classes it's been asked to recognize. That means it has to be a meaningful and compact summary of the images, since it has to contain enough information for the classifier to make a good choice in a very small set of values. The reason our final layer retraining can work on new classes is that it turns out the kind of information needed to distinguish between all the 1,000 classes in ImageNet is often also useful to distinguish between new kinds of objects.

r"""Simple transfer learning with Inception v3 or Mobilenet models.

With support for TensorBoard.

This example shows how to take a Inception v3 or Mobilenet model trained on
ImageNet images, and train a new top layer that can recognize other classes of
images.

The top layer receives as input a 2048-dimensional vector (1001-dimensional for
Mobilenet) for each image. We train a softmax layer on top of this
representation. Assuming the softmax layer contains N labels, this corresponds
to learning N + 2048*N (or 1001*N) model parameters corresponding to the
learned biases and weights.

Here's an example, which assumes you have a folder containing class-named
subfolders, each full of images for each label. The example folder flower_photos
should have a structure like this:

~/flower_photos/daisy/photo1.jpg
~/flower_photos/daisy/photo2.jpg
...
~/flower_photos/rose/anotherphoto77.jpg
...
~/flower_photos/sunflower/somepicture.jpg

The subfolder names are important, since they define what label is applied to
each image, but the filenames themselves don't matter. Once your images are
prepared, you can run the training with a command like this:

bash:
bazel build tensorflow/examples/image_retraining:retrain && \
bazel-bin/tensorflow/examples/image_retraining/retrain \
    --image_dir ~/flower_photos

Or, if you have a pip installation of tensorflow, `retrain.py` can be run
without bazel:

bash:
python tensorflow/examples/image_retraining/retrain.py \
    --image_dir ~/flower_photos

You can replace the image_dir argument with any folder containing subfolders of
images. The label for each image is taken from the name of the subfolder it's
in.

This produces a new model file that can be loaded and run by any TensorFlow
program, for example the label_image sample code.

By default this script will use the high accuracy, but comparatively large and
slow Inception v3 model architecture. It's recommended that you start with this
to validate that you have gathered good training data, but if you want to deploy
on resource-limited platforms, you can try the `--architecture` flag with a
Mobilenet model. For example:

bash:
python tensorflow/examples/image_retraining/retrain.py \
    --image_dir ~/flower_photos --architecture mobilenet_1.0_224

There are 32 different Mobilenet models to choose from, with a variety of file
size and latency options. The first number can be '1.0', '0.75', '0.50', or
'0.25' to control the size, and the second controls the input image size, either
'224', '192', '160', or '128', with smaller sizes running faster. See
https://research.googleblog.com/2017/06/mobilenets-open-source-models-for.html
for more information on Mobilenet.

To use with TensorBoard:

By default, this script will log summaries to /tmp/retrain_logs directory

Visualize the summaries with this command:

tensorboard --logdir /tmp/retrain_logs

  During training it can help to improve the results if we run the images
  through simple distortions like crops, scales, and flips. These reflect the
  kind of variations we expect in the real world, and so can help train the
  model to cope with natural data more effectively. Here we take the supplied
  parameters and construct a network of operations to apply them to an image.

  Cropping
  ~~~~~~~~
  Cropping is done by placing a bounding box at a random position in the full
  image. The cropping parameter controls the size of that box relative to the
  input image. If it's zero, then the box is the same size as the input and no
  cropping is performed. If the value is 50%, then the crop box will be half the
  width and height of the input. In a diagram it looks like this:
  <       width         >
  +---------------------+
  |                     |
  |   width - crop%     |
  |    <      >         |
  |    +------+         |
  |    |      |         |
  |    |      |         |
  |    |      |         |
  |    +------+         |
  |                     |
  |                     |
  +---------------------+
  Scaling
  ~~~~~~~

  Scaling is a lot like cropping, except that the bounding box is always
  centered and its size varies randomly within the given range. For example if
  the scale percentage is zero, then the bounding box is the same size as the
  input and no scaling is applied. If it's 50%, then the bounding box will be in
  a random range between half the width and height and full size.

  Args:
    flip_left_right: Boolean whether to randomly mirror images horizontally.
    random_crop: Integer percentage setting the total margin used around the
    crop box.
    random_scale: Integer percentage of how much to vary the scale by.

<think>好的,我现在需要帮用户解决Python中遇到的FileNotFoundError问题,具体是找不到'Best_parameters_SVR_retrain_up-to_3000_best.csv'这个文件。用户提供了几个引用,都是关于类似错误的例子。首先,我得理解这个错误的原因。 根据引用[2]和[3],这个错误通常是因为文件路径不正确或者文件不存在。用户可能在使用pd.read_csv时提供了错误的路径。我需要先检查用户是否指定了正确的路径。比如,是否使用了相对路径而文件不在当前工作目录下?或者绝对路径中有没有拼写错误? 然后,考虑路径中的转义字符问题。比如在Windows系统中,路径中的反斜杠可能需要转义,或者使用原始字符串。引用[4]提到了路径中的问题,可能用户需要检查路径是否正确,特别是特殊字符或者空格是否存在,导致路径被截断。 接下来,用户可能需要确认文件是否存在。可能他们忘记下载或保存文件到指定位置。这时候建议用户手动检查文件是否存在,或者使用os模块的exists函数来验证。 另外,当前工作目录的问题也很重要。如果用户用相对路径,但脚本运行的目录不是文件所在的目录,就会出错。这时候可以建议他们打印当前工作目录,或者使用绝对路径来避免这个问题。 权限问题也可能导致错误,但相对少见,特别是在个人电脑上。不过还是应该提醒用户检查文件是否有读取权限。 然后,综合这些因素,我需要分步骤给出解决方案,比如检查文件路径是否存在,使用绝对路径,处理转义字符,确认当前工作目录等。最后生成相关问题,帮助用户进步理解可能的相关问题。 需要注意用户提供的引用中有不同的例子,比如路径中的引号是否正确,比如中文路径是否会导致问题,或者是否有隐藏的字符。比如引用[1]中的路径使用了中文目录,可能需要确保Python支持或者路径没有特殊字符。 总结下来,步骤应该是:1.检查文件路径是否正确;2.使用绝对路径或纠正相对路径;3.处理转义字符;4.确认文件存在;5.检查工作目录;6.权限检查。同时,给出代码示例,比如如何使用os.path.exists来检查路径,如何修改路径字符串等。 最后生成的相关问题可以包括相对路径和绝对路径的区别,如何避免转义错误,如何处理中文路径等,帮助用户扩展知识。</think>### Python文件路径错误的解决方法 当出现`FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory`时,通常是由于文件路径错误或文件不存在导致的。以下是逐步排查和解决方案: --- #### **1. 检查文件路径是否正确** - **绝对路径与相对路径**: - **绝对路径**:需完整指定文件路径,例如: `C:/Users/username/Documents/Best_parameters_SVR_retrain_up-to_3000_best.csv`(Windows)或 `/home/user/data/Best_parameters_SVR_retrain_up-to_3000_best.csv`(Linux/Mac)。 注意:Windows路径中的反斜杠`\`需替换为`/`或使用原始字符串(如`r"E:\自动备份文档\..."`)[^4]。 - **相对路径**:需确保文件位于当前工作目录的子目录中。例如,若文件在`./data/`文件夹下,路径应为`data/Best_parameters_SVR_retrain_up-to_3000_best.csv`。 - **代码示例**: ```python import pandas as pd # 使用原始字符串处理Windows路径 df = pd.read_csv(r"C:\Users\path\to\Best_parameters_SVR_retrain_up-to_3000_best.csv") ``` --- #### **2. 确认文件是否存在** - 手动检查文件是否存在于指定位置。 - 使用Python代码验证路径: ```python import os file_path = "Best_parameters_SVR_retrain_up-to_3000_best.csv" if os.path.exists(file_path): df = pd.read_csv(file_path) else: print(f"文件 {file_path} 不存在!") ``` --- #### **3. 检查当前工作目录** - Python脚本的工作目录可能与文件所在目录不致。通过以下代码查看当前工作目录: ```python import os print(os.getcwd()) # 输出当前工作目录 ``` - 若需切换目录,可使用: ```python os.chdir("C:/目标路径") ``` --- #### **4. 处理特殊字符与空格** - 路径中包含空格或特殊字符时,建议用引号包裹路径或使用原始字符串: ```python df = pd.read_csv(r"C:/路径/包含 空格/Best_parameters.csv") ``` --- #### **5. 检查文件权限** - 确保文件未被其他程序占用,且当前用户有读取权限。 --- #### **6. 常见错误案例** - **错误示例**: ```python pd.read_csv("Best_parameters_SVR...csv") # 文件不在当前目录 ``` - **修正方法**: ```python pd.read_csv(r"C:\完整路径\Best_parameters_SVR_retrain_up-to_3000_best.csv") ``` --- ###
