软件工程是不是教会不怎么写程序的人开发软件？
在我看来并不是，不管是什么专业，对于底层的基本功永远是刚需，如果对程序不熟悉，那还谈什么开发软件，至少也要对常用的功能模块，有所了解，没有实践的基础，不写程序，相当于纸上谈兵，永远不知道，自己是对还是错，只有在不断地试错中才能提高自己。
