TensorFlow--hello，TensorFlow

在学习TensorFlow之前，我们需要在电脑上安装TensorFlow。
如果使用的是GPU版，还需要安装cuda，cudnn以及显卡驱动。
在准备工作做好之后，我们开始第一个简单例子：hello，TensorFlow
