1、添加ActiveMQ需要的一些依赖

2、新进一个ActiveMQ的spring配置文件并import到主配置文件中

4、启动ActiveMQ和tomcat,在activrMQ的Topic就可以看到发送过去的订阅信息了。
5、配置监听者
在spring-activemq.xml中添加一个Receiver类并注入jmsTopicTemplate,让一个controller注入Receiver类并调用接收方法。
