原创 使用Git时，Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21100 ms: Timed out

使用GIt的时候，因为VPN导致：fatal: unable to access ‘https://github.com/fighting41love/cocoNLP.git/’: Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21100 ms: Timed out 首先尝试了$ git config --global --unset http.proxy 但还是不行。 然后打开: 打开internet选项，添加VPN，将代理的地址添加进去就可以了。 .
