    o Copy libflashplayer.so to the appropriate browser plugins directory. At the prompt type:
        + cp libflashlayer.so <BrowserPluginsLocation>
    o Copy the Flash Player Local Settings configurations files to the /usr directory. At the prompt type:
        + sudo cp -r usr/* /usr

    简要地翻译过来，也就3个需要注意的事项吧：
1.解压install_flash_player_11_linux_i386.tar.gz
2.找到文件系统中浏览器插件所在的位置，我的在/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins，然后把libflashplayer.so复制到该文件夹中：
sudo cp libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
3.把解压出来的usr文件夹中的各个文件复制到文件系统中的相应位置
sudo cp /usr/* -R /usr
全部复制完成之后，打开FireFox，去优库网随便找个视频看看，这回没有提示缺少flash插件了吧。。
