Android程序运行权限申请

如果系统版本为5.1或5.1之前的版本，系统会要求用户在安装应用时允许相应的权限，如果
是6.0及6.0之后的系统版本，则会在应用运行时向用户请求权限。

一、判断该界面是否拥有该权限：

int permissionCheck = ContextCompat.checkSelfPermission(thisActivity,
        Manifest.permission.WRITE_CALENDAR);

如果程序拥有这个权限，则返回 PackageManager.PERMISSION_GRANTED，否则返回 PERMISSION_DENIED，此时程序需要向用户申请权限。

权限请求发出后，系统会向用户展示一个对话框，当用户响应请求之后，系统会调用onRequestPermissionsResult() 方法，携带用户响应信息，
你必须复写该方法以确定是否获得权限，如：

注：requestCode是你在请求权限调用requestPermissions(）方法时传入的请求码。
