cscope 加入路径 全局路径

在使用cscope的时候，有时跳转不过去，提示
driver/xxx/xxx/xxxx no such file （大概是这个吧）
主要是因为在生成cscope.out的时候用的是相对路径，然后vim就找不到了，然后就坑爹了。
然后网上找了一下，找到了这个.vimrc片段
自动加载cscope.out

    set csto=0  
    set cst  
    set csverb  
    set cspc=3

但是不知道什么问题感觉我这里还是有这个问题，
于是我改了一下

没有在其他地方测是，只在我自己电脑上试了一下，大家可以一起试试
