ComBatTelRunner别作怪好吗？！

右键这个CompatTelRunner.exe查看属性，我们可以看到其描述为“Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry”---》“微软兼容性检测”的意思。

继续深入查找，发现原来是因为我们安装了一个一个名为KB2952664的补丁(具体请参考Microsoft  Support)，其描述如下：

1	This update helps Microsoft make improvements to the current operating system in order to ease the upgrade experience to the latest version of Windows.

大意就是：此更新可以帮助微软对当前的操作系统进行改进，以便轻松升级体验到Windows的最新版本。

所以到这儿就明了了，这是一个为了升级win10做兼容性检查用的程序。（开机扫描的原因所在~ ~）

解决办法：卸载KB2952664补丁，不要怕，这个补丁的功能就是上面说的那些，无其他主要功能。所以只要不准备使用Windows10的系统，卸载它是没什么问题的~ ~

后期补充：发现windows7的操作系统里的补丁号是KB2952664，而windows 7 RTM操作系统里的补丁号是KB2977759，请注意区分一下！有什么不懂的，请直接参考Microsoft  Support对这两个补丁的相关描述文档。
