用处：可以使下载jar的速度嗷嗷快！！！

1 在maven的conf文件夹下找到settings.xml，复制一份，把’settings’标签下的标签和所有的注释都删除掉，删掉后内容如下：

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<settings xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/SETTINGS/1.0.0"
          xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
          xsi:schemaLocation="http://maven.apache.org/SETTINGS/1.0.0 http://maven.apache.org/xsd/settings-1.0.0.xsd">
  
</settings>

2 添加如下的内容到’settings’标签下

<localRepository>D:\software\it\maven\settings\repo</localRepository> 
<mirrors>
	<mirror>
		 <id>alimaven</id>
		 <name>aliyun maven</name>
		 <url>http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public</url>
		 <mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>        
	</mirror>
</mirrors>

3 最终的内容是：

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<settings xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/SETTINGS/1.0.0"
          xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
          xsi:schemaLocation="http://maven.apache.org/SETTINGS/1.0.0 http://maven.apache.org/xsd/settings-1.0.0.xsd">
  
	<localRepository>D:\software\it\maven\settings\repo</localRepository> 
	<mirrors>
		<mirror>
		  <id>alimaven</id>
		  <name>aliyun maven</name>
		  <url>http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public</url>
		  <mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>        
		</mirror>
	</mirrors>
