root用户的权限给改没了，怎么改回来？普通修改权限的方法提示Access denied

记录遇到的问题：手贱把root用户的权限给改没了，连接数据库以后所有的数据库都不显示了，修改权限等操作提示没有权限Access denied
经过一上午奋战，找到了这个解决办法：

首先停掉mysql服务，然后到WINDOWS的命令行了（‘DOS’ 下），切换到你的MySQL bin目录下。
比如我的是 C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\bin
然后敲下面的粗体的命令。注意你的my.ini位置。
（此处快捷方式到达bin目录：文件夹打开到bin目录下，地址栏输入cmd回车，命令行将会直接到达bin目录下。）

看到这个结果就说明MySQL已经起来了。
再开一个DOS窗口，同样切到mysql bin目录下，
C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\bin>mysql -uroot mysql

#/etc/init.d/mysql stop
#mysqld_safe --user=mysql --skip-grant-tables --skip-networking &
#mysql -u root mysql
mysql> slelect * from user;

此时显示出user表中全部的用户以及权限设置；
再通过update语句对权限进行修改即可；
