Local work process overview

TOOLS • ADMINISTRATION • MONITOR • SYSTEM MONITORING • PROCESS OVERVIEW
Alternatively, you can enter Transaction SM50. The PROCESS OVERVIEW screen is displayed.
To display the work processes of any application server, call the server overview:
TOOLS • ADMINISTRATION • MONITOR • SYSTEM MONITORING • SERVER (Transaction SM51)
Place the cursor on the desired application server and select GoTo • PROCESSES.

System-wide work process overview

To obtain an overview of all work processes of the SAP system, start the system-wide work process overview via the following path:

TOOLS • ADMINISTRATION • MONITOR • PERFORMANCE • EXCEPTIONS/USERS • ACTIVE USERS • GLOBAL PROCESS OVERVIEW

Alternatively, you can enter Transaction SM66. The GLOBAL PROCESS OvERVIEW screen is displayed.

If a performance problem has escalated to such an extent that you can no longer call the work process overview from the SAP system, you can start the SAP Management Console or the auxiliary program dpmon at the operating system level instead. The work process overview can also be found under menu option L.
