Follow the steps given below to enable the system to boot to the embedded ESXi hypervisor.
- Turn on your server.
- When the Dell Splash Screen appears, press <F2> to launch the setup menu.
- After completion of the system boot, the system BIOS configuration menu appears.
- Select Integrated Devices > Internal USB Port > On.
- Press Enter, then Esc, and then Enter again to save these changes and reboot.
- When the Dell Splash Screen appears, press <F2> to launch the setup menu.
- Select Hard Disk as the boot sequence, then select SD Card: Multi Card. Press hyphen (-) to move the SD Card up in the order.
- Press Enter > Esc > Enter again to save these changes.
- Restart your server.
