摘要：

当今的广东省在近年来的人口规模上呈现不断攀升之势，城际之间的高铁运输需求以一个迅猛的速度在不停增长，在高铁系统的运转及服务过程中，对于民众的订票需求量越来越大，本着希望借助互联网加编程技术来实现一个集多个主要功能于一体的高铁订票系统也就应运而生，此次毕业项目设计将会在严密的各项分析基础上，采取可行的措施，并以此设计出真正符合大众订票需求的方案及系统，充分利用所学的编程技术来搭建一个完善的高铁订票系统，并且该系统是特别为广东省高铁客运量庞大的现实情况应运而生。
在设计过程中将会根据之前的分析画好各类数据图，E-R图等，为后面的程序设计保驾护航，提供准确可靠的指引。本课程设计采用Myeclipse开发工具和MySQL Server 数据库来开发这个高铁站订票系统。该系统旨在解决高铁站订票工作所面临的一些痛点及问题，让整个系统能够更好满足高铁订票的基本要求，包括查询、订票、退票等多个方面的功能。该系统能在高铁实际运营中极大提升订票业务相关工作的效率，为民众出行带来更大的便利，这也是开发该系统的最大初衷。

Design and Implementation of Guangdong High-speed Rail Booking System Based on JSP

Abstract： In recent, the population of guangdong province has showed a trend of rocketing, between the inter-city high-speed rail transport demand intensively ascending at a sharpful speed, Meanwhile,the process of operation and service for the public demand to tickets is bigger than it about the railway system, the spirit of hope with the help of the Internet and programming technology to know about integrating multiple main function of the rail reservation system also arises at the historic moment, the graduation project design will be tight on the basis of the analysis, take feasible measures, and thus design scheme and that really can meet the demand of mass booking system, Make full use on the programming technology to build a sound high-speed railway booking sector, Furthermore, the system is exclusively for the guangdong province high-speed railway passenger volume of the reality.
On the process of it, I would draw all type of data graphs and e-r graphs according to the previous analysis, so as to escort the subsequent program design and provide accurate and believeable guidanc. The project which could meet tremendous requiremwnt is designed to adopt Myeclipse development tools as well as MySQL Server database to develop the high-speed railway station ticket booking system. At last,the complicated system in order to settle many thorny trouble or problems faced by the booking work of the railway system, as a result of the whole system can better meet the basic requirements of high-speed railway booking, including inquiry, booking, refund as well as other ingredients of the program etc. The system can greatly improve the efficiency of booking rail ticket in the actuality practice of high-speed railway and taking more convenience to daily t hike even travel .

1.1 系统开发的背景及意义
在如今所处的广东省，在享受经济飞速发展的高度物质文明的同时,也相应的导致广东省内出现各种人口在数量和规模上的剧烈增长，人们出行的种种问题日益显露，特别是高铁这一块，订票难，买票排队时间长等等 因此，如何更快捷、更方便地购票成为人们普遍关心的问题。本课题主要是对高铁在线订票系统进行需求分析与方案设计， 以及将应用能更好落实到现实客运体系当中，为社会广大人民提供便利。开发主要从后台管理和前端界面两方面进行。借由当今高速发展的信息化技术搭建而成的全新高铁系统，可以实现预定高铁票、售票、退票和查询等多种功能的服务。就整个高铁订票系统中最常用，同时也是人力成本最高的售票业务来讲，通常需要提供错综复杂的服务项目，其交互的数据量也是庞大到难以想象的。也正因如此，着迫使我们必须尽快且灵活掌握计算机技术和互联网技术的结合来完成对整个高铁订票系统的信息管理的现代化升级，进而能够最大程度上降低财力和劳动力的高昂支出，通过提高售票效率，降低售票人员的服务成品，为车站提供高额的资金回报。该高铁订票该系统将使用目前行业十分成熟的javaEE技术来搭建从前端到后端的全栈式框架，实现了高铁客运中心管理车票和乘客信息的目标，该高铁系统将实现从开始的客运站到售票阶段，再到车次资料查询、用户自主退票和售票等情况进行科学的管控。当高铁订票系统搭建完成并投入运营，将会对广大群众的日常出行提供难以企及的高度便利，给人民群众的生活水平带来巨大且深远的影响。就该需求错综复杂的预订高铁票的全局性系统来看，它的核心功能是准确且高效地完成乘客在线上查票，订票，退改票等如
