bug： 

OSError: We couldn't connect to 'https://huggingface.co' to load this file, couldn't find it in the cached files and it looks like model/Qwen-7b-chat is not the path to a directory containing a file named config.json.
Checkout your internet connection or see how to run the library in offline mode at 'https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers/installation#offline-mode'.
 

 原因：

意思是无法访问这个网址，主要是代码会从huggingface上下载模型，但是国内又存在墙的问题。

解决：

方法一：梯子翻墙麻烦。

方法二：自己下载模型，huggingface的国内镜像网站：HF-Mirror，直接把需要的模型下载到本地文件中，

方法三：在代码前面加：

os.environ['HF_ENDPOINT'] = 'https://hf-mirror.com'
