使用PEFT时，混合精度会遇见精度不匹配的问题，调试后发现是LORA的精度是FP32，而模型是FP16, 就会触发这个报错，但是这个操作又是正常合规的。peft 0.0.1 由于太老旧，无法支持混合精度，升级至peft0.4.0即可。1. 去掉混合精度，将模型精度统一（非常不建议）2. PEFT版本问题。
