问题描述：执行 conda install pandas，出现Can‘t connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available。的dll文件，但实际上需要的dll在Anaconda3\library\bin目录下。因此只需要将这两个文件复制到 Anaconda\DLLs下即可。的地址，conda在Anaconda\DLLs目录下寻找。解决：复制这两个dll到指定目录。原因：conda找错了。

原创 运行flutter doctor命令窗口直接闪退
打开flutter_console.bat，运行flutter doctor命令就直接闪退，用cmd运行flutter doctor也是直接闪退。在环境变量->用户变量中找到Path，发现没有配置WindowsPowerShell，那就添加，配置过了可不用重复配置。32位系统： C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0。64位系统： C:\Windows\SysWOW64\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0。
