由于是在maven项目中使用mvc框架,所以我们要导入相应的架包,在idea中使用mvc框架,它的层级关系和eclipse不同,所以会出现找不到.xml文件的问题,我们需要在pom.xml依赖中定义读取.xml文件的根目录

这样我们就可以读取到java文件下的.xml文件了,也就是可以解析它了
