前情：HiREB要求使用redcap进行survey和consent获取

• 申请地址：https://csu.healthsci.mcmaster.ca/csu-services/
• 提出申请-CSU审核-CSU邮件发送redcap账号

使用步骤

账号登陆

验证方法 微软验证

新建项目

new project

新建survey

enable

survey field生成

1. online designer
   
   

2. dictionary导入
   
   
   

常见设置

1. field嵌入（embed）
   如：radio里面嵌套文本框
   
   checkbox嵌套文本框 vs radio嵌套文本框 的分支逻辑代码

checkbox：[vp_e5(8)]= "1"
radio：[perspective_e3] = "6"
