visual ffmpeg出现[flv @ 00000248bab4c420] Tag avc1/0x31637661 incompatible with output codec id ‘28’ ([7][0][0][0])的不兼容的错误。
主要是因为视频格式的错误，或者是因为转码的错误。
不可手动修改视频后缀。
使用命令，例如 **ffmpeg -i test.mp4 output.flv ，**将mp4转化为flv格式。
