小结:当发现 java.lang.IllegalStateException: Failed to load ApplicationContext 此提示时
建议第一步 看caused by内容 第二步 看配置文件 一般情况此为配置文件错误
当然 如果不是配置文件错误 建议查看mysql 内部数据库服务器是否开启 或数据库信息名称是否匹配
