用ideal建立一个springMVC基本结构的项目

自用的配置方法！

用料：ideal 一个畅通的网络 

制作方法：

1.新建项目，注意红框里面选择的内容

2.next点击以后进入下一页，填入相关的内容（groupid写好了建立包的时候会方便一点）

3.确保setting.xml和仓库repository都在（找到相应的目录放好，就不用选择override）

（ps：setting.xml文件内容（啃秋c 啃秋v选手上线）
