删除排序链表中的重复元素
给定一个排序链表，删除所有重复的元素，使得每个元素只出现一次。

示例 1:

输入: 1->1->2
输出: 1->2
示例 2:

输入: 1->1->2->3->3
输出: 1->2->3

这个简单，就直接放代码吧，就两两对比

# Definition for singly-linked list.
class ListNode:
    def __init__(self, x):
        self.val = x
        self.next=None

class Solution:
    def deleteDuplicates(self, head: ListNode) -> ListNode:
        if not head:
            return head
        h=head
        while head.next:
            if head.val==head.next.val:
                head.next=head.next.next
            else:
                head=head.next
        return h
