docker环境下的下载源依旧是国外源导致的，更换为对应版本的国内源即可。

1.在当前目录下，新建sources.list, 这里填写的是阿里源，ubuntu18.04版本

2. 在dockerfile中“FROM”后替换源

FROM ubuntu:18.04

ADD sources.list /etc/apt/
RUN apt-get update -y && apt-get upgrade -y
