MyBatis中if标签判断参数是否为null

在MyBatis的mapper文件中，查询语句常使用if标签，通过传入的不为null的参数来进行条件查询，有些情况下需要对传入参数为null或空字符串时执行部分逻辑，如默认查询参数、默认排序等。
