解决NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn‘t communicate with the NVIDIA driver.

在ubuntu20.04中文环境下安装nvidia驱动，肯定会报错，真是个巨坑，一定要在英文环境下装nvidia驱动：

NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.

剩下的正常安装就没问题了，我是在中文环境下装不上驱动，重装了系统，再装驱动，接着就装上了。
