二、摘要

  本篇论文对当前（2005年）推荐系统领域的研究做了梳理，将它们划分为了三大类：基于内容过滤、协同过滤、混合推荐。同时也描述了这些不同方法的局限与不足，并讨论了针对这些局限几种可能的改进。

• Content-based recommendations:基于内容过滤，用户U将被推荐和过去买过的物品I具有相似特点的物品I1
• Collaborative recommendations:协同过滤，用户U将被推荐和他具有相似爱好的用户U1购买过的物品I
• Hybrid approaches:将内容过滤和协同过滤方法结合
